PAUL ROBINSON: Hi. My name is Paul Robinson, and I am the professor of historical theology at Concordia Seminary. My main interests in research and teaching are late Middle Ages and Luther and the early years of the Reformation. One of the things I studied a great deal is medieval preaching and especially thought about how that impact reformation preaching and the issue of catechesis and teaching the basics of the Christian faith. So I'm looking forward very much to sharing with you some of my thoughts about the early years of the Reformation, Luther himself, and how all of this relates to what the church had done in the later Middle Ages.
