Dr. David L. Adams (1955-)


Associate Professor of Exegetical Theology at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis since 2000. (b. July 24, 1955) He received his B.A. (1977) from Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, Indiana; his M.Div. (1981), S.T.M. (1983) from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri; and his Ph.D. (1997) from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England. He served as pastor, St. Peter, Caseyville, Illinois (1985-87); manager of microcomputer services, Office of Information Systems, The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, St. Louis, Missouri (1988-91); assistant professor and coordinator of the pre-seminary program, Concordia College, Ann Arbor, Michigan (1991-95); executive director of the Office of Government Information, The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, Washington, D.C. (1995-2000); and director of educational technology (2000-04) and associate professor in the Exegetical Theology Dept. at Concordia Seminary since 2000.
